🧠 What we’re really looking for

You’ll probably talk about skills, projects, tools, and technical decisions. That’s important. But more than that, we want to get a sense of how you think, how you make decisions, and how you handle ambiguity, pace, and pressure.

We want to understand:

• What are your strengths, and where do you still want to grow?
• How do you prioritize, communicate, and take ownership?
• When faced with uncertainty, do you freeze — or do you act?
• What does excellence mean to you — and how do you pursue it?
• Do you care about doing the right thing, even when it’s hard?

We’re not here to trick you, test you to exhaustion, or make you feel small.

We’re here to challenge you with respect, push you to show your best, and walk away from each interview feeling like we learned something real about you.
